We cannot guarantee your image will be 100% identical, however, we do our best to manipulate files for the best outcome. 

This process can take up to 2 weeks for completion. If design needs multiple edits, additional charges may be incurred and delivery time will be longer.

Recreation of an image is needed if the resolution is low or it is not submitted to us in PNG format.
